Kitchen renovations.
Cabinets, counters, tile, and the trim that ties the room together. The kitchen is where details show the most, so it's where the order of operations matters most. Here's how I work one, step by step.
Start to finish,
one kitchen at a time.
The same hands do every stage, so nothing gets lost in the handoff between a quote and the finished room.
We plan the finished room first
Before anything comes out, we walk the space and talk through how you want it to look and work. I measure, take photos, and note what stays, what goes, and where the layout can improve.
Selections and ordering
We lock in cabinetry, countertops, tile, and fixtures, then order early so material is on hand before demo starts. Nothing gets torn out until the parts to rebuild it are accounted for.
Protect and demo
Floors and adjacent rooms get covered, then the old cabinets, counters, and tile come out cleanly. Debris is hauled the same day so the home stays livable through the work.
Rough-in and prep
Any plumbing or electrical that needs to move gets handled behind the walls, then walls and floors are repaired and brought level and true, so the new finishes sit right.
Cabinets and countertops
Cabinets are set, leveled, and scribed tight to the walls. Once they're solid, counters are templated and installed to the actual cabinets, not to a guess.
Tile, fixtures, and trim
Backsplash tile goes up, the sink and fixtures go in, and the trim, toe-kick, and any crown are fit so the reveals stay consistent all the way around.
Caulk, paint, and final walkthrough
Joints are caulked, paint is touched up, and the room gets a full clean. Then we walk it together and I fix any punch-list item before I call it done.
